Any inspection or transport fee will be made clear when you book, before the technician visits.

Many repairs can be done on the spot. If a part has to be ordered, we'll tell you the expected timing and arrange a return visit.

Note the appliance model and any error code or symptom, and clear access around the appliance where possible.
